The Compounder Administration Software has several resources
to assist you in troubleshooting a problem with the software or the device.
Your first step is to consult with the program HELP
command. The User Guide can also be utilized to provide similar, but
less detailed, information.
Product Support services are provided to all system users in accordance with
the terms of the placement contract. Please be advised that if you do not have
in place a current support service program,
the technical staff will be unable to answer your questions.
