Troubleshooting

The Compounder Administration Software has several resources to assist you in troubleshooting a problem with the software or the device.

Your first step is to consult with the program HELP command.  The User Guide can also be utilized to provide similar, but less detailed, information.

Technical Product Support services are provided to all system users in accordance with the terms of the placement contract.  Please be advised that if you do not have in place a current support service program, the technical staff will be unable to answer your questions.

When you contact our staff you should be at TPN Manager Software terminal / compounder with the appropriate documentation in hand.  Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Your name, the facility's name and address, and your account ID.
  • The exact wording of any error message that appeared on your screen.
  • What happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
  • How you tried to resolve the problem.
