Personnel Authorizations Reference

Authorization Description/Screens or Functions Allowed if Authorization is enabled
User: Allow Data Entry Logon Allows user to log on the IMS system.
User: Show Quick Finder Shows "Quick Find" in the heading bar of navigation menu type screens.
Allows access to the Power Search screen.
User: Change Personal Settings Allows a user to change some of their personal settings (real name, email address, and password).
Patient: View Patient Records Allows viewing of personnel groups.
Allows viewing of patient activity log information (history).
Shows the "My Patients" box on the home screen.
Allows access to the patient listing screen.
Allows viewing of the patient information screen.
Shows patient information when [Quick/Power] Search is used.
Allows viewing of the nutritional assessment screen.
Allows viewing of the nutritional wizard screen.
Patient: Add/Change Patient Records Provides all of the capabilities that come with the 'Patient: View Patient Records' authorization, plus:
Allows patient information to be changed, including deleting patient records.
Note: In order to create a new patient record, the user must also be a member of a group that has the authority to access one or more patient types.
Orders: View Orders Allows viewing of the Automatic Additive calculator screens.
Allows viewing of the Branched Chain calculator screens.
Allows viewing of TPN change history information.
Allows viewing of the Nutritional information screens.
Allows viewing of the TPN order entry screens.
Orders: Add/Change Orders Allows access to the Automatic Additive calculator screens.

Configure Individual Personnel Settings Allows access to the Personnel List (finder) screen.

Allows viewing of Personnel change history information.

Configure Facility Settings Allows access to the Facilities List (finder) screen.
Allows access to the Facilities data entry screen and allows changes to be made to the information.
Allows access to the Fixed Costs settings screen and allows changes to be made to the information.
Allows access to the Print Settings screen and allows changes to be made to the information.
Allows access to the Regional Options settings screen and allows changes to be made to the information.

Configure Solution Inventory Provides all of the capabilities that come with the 'Solution Inventory: View Solutions' authorization, plus:
Allows changing additive solution inventory information.
Allows changing base solution inventory information.
Allows changing Ca/P inventory information.
Allows changing compounder checklist information.
Allows changing final container inventory information.
Allows changing the Anions/Cations inventory information.
